Snowboard

Whether you want to lay out some big carves in the corduroy, spin some moves over the gap jumps, or just freeride the steeps, Telluride and its new Air Garden snowboard park is the ultimate place to ride. Groomed by our Pipe Dragon, the park is the largest in the Southwest and offers over 1,000 vertical feet of berms, banks, gap jumps and tabletops as well as a 12-foot competition halfpipe. Other launching pads are sprinkled around the mountain making Telluride stunt central. And best of all, Telluride is definitely snowboard friendly. If you're looking for a rider's dream, this is the place.

Telluride Film Festival

“The most exclusive film festival of all is Telluride. Why? Because it is the most difficult to get to, it doesn’t announce its program in advance, it charges the press for a pass and it has as its guests some of the best filmmakers in the world. It’s one of the friendliest and most democratic, as if the least important attendees were just as consequential as the most distinguished.”

– Derek Malcolm, The Guardian (London)

Telluride Jazz Festival

This year, Telluride continues its highly acclaimed format, making it one of the only places you can enjoy international artists in the intimacy of multiple indoor and outdoor venues. Jazz aficionados world-wide are hip to this unique festival where musicians perform and mingle with all who come to celebrate the music: from high-altitude high-attitude daytime shows surrounded by the magnificent peaks of the San Juan mountains, to the after-dark crawl through Main Street Victorian saloons and concert halls. This Celebration remains tops in jazz, intimacy, and ambiance.
